# Consumer protection

If you bought something from us as a consumer and we couldn't sort out a problem together, you can turn to an independent body instead of going to court. These are the official places to start.

## Romania: alternative dispute resolution (SAL)

The National Authority for Consumer Protection (ANPC) runs SAL, the out-of-court procedure for disputes between consumers and traders in Romania. You can file a SAL complaint online.

## European Union

The EU's online dispute resolution (ODR) platform closed on 20 July 2025. The European Commission now points consumers to these services:
